Emerald Coast Economy Menus

As with all of our meals, the Economy Menus are prepared with fresh &/or basic ingredients.  The menus are a result of Chef Serafin's extensive knowledge & experience in the fine-dining industry & ownership of a traditional French restaurant which he converted to a trendy menu based on a fusion concept with a nouveau cuisine twist, featuring an award-winning wine bar.
 
Economy Menus are designed so they can be set up on your buffet station,
staged and replenished by our chef.
When the guests are through dining, the chef closes the station & departs,
leaving you and your guests to party!
 
Emerald Coast Catering is fully licensed with the
Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulations.
ECC is inspected regularly by the State Health Department.
ECC carries Event Liability Insurance for all of our events.
ECC is a member in good standing of the International Caterers Association
& very active with many charitable organizations in our area.
 

Economy Menus

These menus are not full-service menus and are available for a minimum of 30 guests.
Please view the bottom of this page for a list of items included with these menus
and a list of items you will need to provide! Pick one menu and start planning!
No substitutions please!

The following menus range from $24 to $35 per person.

With these economy menus are as is, no substitutions allowed.

Plus:  Serving vessels and serving utensils for the buffet presentation.
Disposable plates & disposable flatware.
Linen-like napkins.
Food signage.

What do you need to provide for our Emerald Coast Economy Menus?

The buffet table or counter for the self-serve buffet station.
Trash receptacles for all disposable items.
Appropriate trash removal.
Parking for the chef with direct access to the venue and buffet setup area.
Fun guests to help you celebrate!!!
 


All Economy Menus are priced for 30 guests or more.
 These menus are only available for Express service.

Additional items CANNOT be added on to the Economy Menus.
WHY?
Because then it becomes a standard menu and those prices apply.  We are able to offer these amazing prices only due to the reduced administrative costs by not customizing economy menus.  We hope you understand!

Chef Gary Serafin owned Jamie's Wine Bar & Restaurant for seventeen years, serving fine-dining menus with a stellar wine list.  The Pensacola, Florida restaurant was one of the first in the Florida Panhandle to receive the prestigious Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence" & one of the first to be listed "Top 100 Restaurants" by Florida Trend Magazine with recipes published in numerous journals and cookbooks.  Thirty years of creating fine-dining menus coupled with the last eleven in catering ensure the quality of food, presentation, & high level of service you will receive from Emerald Coast Catering!  Custom menu requests are welcome.
