sealed in a medium roux.
Mediterranean Blend: A blend of Tomatoes, Calamata Olives, Onions, Garlic, Artichoke Hearts, Mushrooms & Fresh Basil.  Great for vegetarian guests.

THE DETAILS

Guest table setup:  round dining tables with white linen

Food station setup: food tables with white linen, attractive presentation, working chef at station.

Beverage station setup: station table with white linen, equipment, plastic tumblers, cocktail napkins, ice, bottled water, coke, diet coke, sprite.

Staffing: Chef, two trained servers, professional bartender

Service Times: our packages include 4 hours service, 8 hours overall.  (2.5 hours setup, 4 hour event, 1.5 hour breakdown)  We recommend a one hour cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres and beverage station followed by a three hour reception featuring dinner and dancing, for a total of a four hour event. Extra time available depending on venue - ask for pricing.

Package prices do not include:  Delivery Fee or Sales Tax.  Delivery fees are based on the venue.

Additional Guests:  for guest counts above 50, add $73.98/per person to 100 guests.  For more than 100 guests contact us for pricing.
With additional guests, tables and chair configuration will be adjusted accordingly in keeping with food service style.

OTHER ITEMS TO CONSIDER - Add-Ons!
The following items can be added to the package for the price noted:

Full liquor bar setups:  adds juices, tonic and soda, lemons, limes, sour mix, grenadine, olives, cherries. $3/ per person.
 

Cake or dessert service:  glass cake plates, cake forks, beverage napkins, chef cake service, cake table, enhance cake linen, cake stand, votives, cake service set.  $2.50/per person  (Does not include cake, see Vendors tab for Bakers.)


Enhanced Beverage Station:  glass blocks rimming station with rope lights shining through glass.  Creates a festive atmosphere!  $75
