Chef Gary Serafin's extensive experience in the kitchen, creating award winning menus, combined with his expansive wine knowledge you can have a meal to remember. From a multi-course dinner paired with the perfect wine to a "drop off" meal in your home or rental property you will be delighted with taste sensations. Our personal chef service allows you to truly be on vacation.
Cocktail parties, family reunions, rehearsal dinners & corporate events are also part of the Emerald Coast Catering family of services. We can plan & coordinate your party, design & decorate the venue, and provide courteous staff for food & beverage service.Chef Serafin is happy to provide you with custom menus and assure you that the meal you select for your guests is restaurant quality in terms of taste & food presentation.
Design & rental services are as important to us as food & beverage services. Our design team can create a unique combination of concepts you like with what we know works in order to provide you with a perfect event.Please review our website & contact us for an estimate. We will discuss the menu and any other aspects of your event or dinner necessary to provide you with an appropriate estimate. Upon receipt of your estimate, please carefully review it and contact us with any changes, additions, etc. that you may have.
Typically, we first provide you with an estimate for food, beverage and staffing. Once you feel comfortable with us and you wish to secure the date with a deposit and signed contract, we will be happy to provide you with an estimate for rentals of tent(s), furniture, linens, lighting and decor. You are under no obligation to contract those additional services.
